Our cash games typically form as players are eliminated from our tournaments\, and there is NEVER a lack of action!!!  Please never hesitate to text or call the club to check on the status of available seats and game availability at (330) 333-6767. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCurrent seat rental fees for our cash games are $10/hr and a max of $30 for the entire day during our posted hours.  If we remain open past posted hours\, seat rental fees revert to $10/hr until we close for that day. \n\n\n\nBELOW ARE OUR TYPICAL OFFERINGS.  DIFFERENT GAMES MAY BE OFFERED AND/OR AMENDED IF ALL PLAYERS AT A PARTICULAR TABLE REQUEST AND IT IS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. \n\n\n\nOur typical cash game tables are either: Game: No limit HoldemBlinds: $1/$2Minimum/Maximum Buy Ins: $60/$300Straddles: The player directly following the big blind may place a straddle of $4 and get last action preflop. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations\, W-2G or 1042s forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5\,000 or more (net of buy-in amount).  \n\n\n\nPlayers who pre-register on our website via RSVP for a specific event on our website at www.ThePhoenixPokerClub.com will receive a bonus of $5k chips for their starting stack.\n\n\n\n$33 of $150 buy in will be held for the Entry Fees and $117 of the $100 Buy in will be held for the Prize Pool. 22 of the entry fee will be for the membership and use of the club paid to The Phoenix Poker Club LLC and $11 of the entry fee will be given to dealer volunteers.  \n\n\n\nPlayers will start with 100\,000 in chips.  \n\n\n\nEach level is 20 minutes. \n\n\n\nLate Entry and Re-Entry will be allowed until the beginning of the eight (8th) level.  \n\n\n\nAll pre-registered stacks will be in play at the start of the event. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll Tournament Rules\n\n\n\n\nA PLAYER MUST BE AT HIS OR HER SEAT BY THE TIME ALL PLAYERS HAVE BEEN DEALT COMPLETE INITIAL HANDS TO HAVE A LIVE HAND. PLAYERS MUST BE AT THEIR SEATS TO CALL TIME. “AT YOUR SEAT” IS DEFINED AS BEING WITHIN REACH OR TOUCH OF YOUR CHAIR.\n\n\n\nHIGHER-DENOMINATION CHIPS MUST BE PLACED WHERE THEY ARE EASILY VISIBLE TO ALL OTHER PLAYERS AT THE TABLE. ‘HIDDEN’ CHIPS MAY RESULT IN THE OFFENDER BEING RESTRICTED IN THE PLAYER’S FURTHER ACTION OR ANOTHER PLAYER BEING ALLOWED TO RECONSIDER THEIR ACTION.\n\n\n\nTOURNAMENT CHIPS MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE TABLE THROUGHOUT THE EVENT. CHIPS TAKEN OFF THE TABLE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT\, AND A PLAYER DOING THIS MAY BE DISQUALIFIED.\n\n\n\nALL CARDS WILL BE TURNED FACE UP ONCE A PLAYER IS ALL IN AND ALL ACTION IS COMPLETE.\n\n\n\nA PLAYER MUST SHOW CARDS WHEN PLAYING THE BOARD TO GET PART OF THE POT.\n\n\n\nALL CELL PHONES AND OTHER VOICE-ENABLED AND “RINGING” ELECTRONIC DEVICES MUST BE SILENCED DURING TOURNAMENT PLAY. A PLAYER WHO WANTS TO USE A CELL PHONE MUST BE AT LEAST ONE TABLE LENGTH AWAY FROM THEIR ASSIGNED TABLE OR BE SUBJECT TO PENALTY. NO CELL PHONES OR OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DEVICE CAN BE PLACED ON A POKER TABLE.\n\n\n\nA PLAYER EXPOSING THEIR CARDS WITH ACTION PENDING MAY INCUR A PENALTY\, BUT WILL NOT HAVE A DEAD HAND. THE PENALTY WILL BEGIN AT THE END OF THE HAND. ALL PLAYERS AT THE TABLE ARE ENTITLED TO SEE THE EXPOSED CARD(S)\, IF REQUESTED. A PENALTY MAY ALSO BE IMPOSED IF A PLAYER THROWS A CARD OFF THE TABLE\, VIOLATES THE ONE-PLAYER-TO-A-HAND RULE OR ENGAGES IN SIMILAR BEHAVIOR.
