CASH GAME POLICIES
SEAT RENTAL FEES AND PROCEDURES
The Phoenix Poker Club LLC charges $5 per 30 half hour to participate in its standard cash game offerings.
Members must purchase "time chips" from the club at a cost of $5 per chip. Yearly members only will qualify for any special promotions run on pricing.
Time chips may not be turned in for refunds.
Collection Process
Standard collection times shall be the top and bottom of each hour a cash table is running.
Typically, this will coincide with the timing in which the players participate in a "bomb pot" for convenience.
Players must furnish a time chip to receive a hand upon sitting at the table. The only modification to this rule shall be if the player sits at the table within 5 minutes of the next round of collections. If they sit within 5 minutes of collection, they must still furnish a chip, however they will be marked as not needing to furnish a chip at the next collection a few minutes later.
Purchasing Time Chips
Time chips must be purchased at the front desk of the club. We CANNOT accept any chips in play as payment. We can accept cash, debit/credit, electronic payments (if available) and/or rainbow chips. Members MAY NOT purchase time chips at the table from the dealers. Members MAY purchase time chips from another member by any means, including chips in play as long as the chips remain in play by the other member at the same table as the purchaser.
RABBIT HUNTING
Rabbit hunting will only be allowed if there is already a flop out.
